If you spot any pests during your stay, please notify me right away and I will have our pest control company respond promptly. **WiFi and Internet Service:** Our WiFi is provided by Spectrum, and while we rarely experience issues, weather or other factors beyond our control can occasionally cause disruptions. If I receive any notice of service outages, I will notify you right away with an estimated timeframe for resolution. Usually, a simple reboot of the router can resolve most connectivity issues. Should you experience any persistent problems, please let me know so I can contact the internet provider to resolve them. **Connecting Unit:** The connecting but completely separate duplex unit is occupied by a long-term tenant who is fully aware of the short term use of the this unit. She is a quiet and respectful individual who keeps to herself and is considerate of our guests. We have had no issues with her presence, and she is mindful of maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone.

“I stayed at Michele’s place for a 10 week work training and it was great! It’s exactly as advertised and had everything I needed for a long term stay. We had a small hiccup to start and literally within a few hours Michele had the necessary people there and the problem solved! She’s super responsive and a lovely host that made my extended stay really smooth and comfortable. This place is close to the grocery store, target and Lakeside Village as well as walkable to some good food places in the area. Definitely recommend!”

“This is a very thoughtfully decorated and comfortable house in a quiet, older neighborhood half a block from a lake with nice sidewalks surrounding it. It is a duplex, so you will hear the neighbors while in the living room, but the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house and very quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again!”

“The place is amazing, it has all the features you can imagine, even a Bluetooth to listen music in the shower, it is meticulously clean, the washer and dryer are super clean and fancy. The place has everything you could possible need. It is a short walk to the lake with stunning view and the sidewalk next to the lake is the perfect environment to chill out. I recommend it 100%, You will enjoy it and be very satisfied.”

This home was very clean. The host was very nice and communicates very well before, during and after the stay.
