If you encounter any pests during your stay, please inform me immediately, and I will arrange for our pest control company to address the issue promptly. No refunds will be given if any bugs are seen. **WiFi and Internet Service:** Our WiFi is provided by Frontier, and while we rarely experience issues, weather or other factors beyond our control can occasionally cause disruptions. If I receive any notice of service outages, I will notify you right away with an estimated timeframe for resolution. Usually, a simple reboot of the router can resolve most connectivity issues. Should you experience any persistent problems, please let me know so I can contact the internet provider to resolve them.

“Super cute house with everything we needed and more! We loved our stay here. It was close to a walking trail around Lake Hollingsworth that was very pretty. It was close to downtown, yet just far enough away to feel quiet and calm. The mattresses are very comfortable, which is a big deal for us. I loved having plenty of room in the laundry space for scrubbing and soaking baseball uniforms. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean. We will definitely re-book if we are in the area again. I never got a chance to do the Frank Lloyd Wright tour. The downtown is so cute and walkable and I wish we’d had more time there. So, there are reasons to return!”
