“You can’t go wrong with this place. Comfortable, extremely clean, well appointed and located within a reasonable distance to both the baseball stadium and downtown. We drove 10 minutes to the ball game. We walked to downtown and I would say it took about 20 minutes.
Michele is very responsive and friendly. She went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable and happy.
I can’t imagine how you could find a cleaner place. It was spotless!

Michele is friendly and great communication. note the a/c will be set to 76 and is located behind the TV in the living room. we didn't realize it until we were checking out.”

“Is it possible to give more than 5 stars??? I stayed here for two weeks and it was wonderful!! The location is perfect - centrally located in Lakeland to give easy access to anywhere you may need to go but also secluded enough you didn't feel like you were in the middle of the city. It's about 5 min, not even, from the RP Funding center which was great for me as I was attending graduations. In addition to the beautiful and spacious home, she had dang near any little amenity you could think of! I work from home, so her having a desk that I could set up at was a big selling point for me. There were also games available to play - my cousins and I took advantage of putting together one of the puzzles and playing cards against humanity. And for the time I spent there, the price was great! Oh and Michele was the sweetest! She made it a point to check in with me before, during, and after my stay, always with a quick response time. I would absolutely stay here again!!”

Not far from restaurants, downtown, Tigertown and some local coffee shops / breakfast places! Quiet neighborhood. The listing and pictures matched the apartment! “Even though it was a quick trip for one night, Michelle was very accommodating and texted us the place was ready early for us if we got into town early. We did appreciate that, however we arrived about 1.5 hours after the online check in due to traffic on the way up. BUT once we arrived, easy to find, easy check in and very clean, cute place. Truly looked exactly like the pics online. Nice little touches such as popcorn,games, coffee, teas (hot & cold) as well as flavoring to add to your coffee. Everything I could have needed she had. The bed was super comfortable, sheets and comforter, very nice quality. Finally, shower had great water pressure and nice products (shampoo, conditioner and body was). I would recommend this Airbnb 100%.”

“If visiting Lakeland, make this your home base! Beautiful upstairs living area. Michele took great pains to ensure that her guests felt at home.
Her attention to smell details was exceptional (Netflix, popcorn, sunscreen, bath products, coffee station,etc). We could walk a couple of blocks to Lake Hunter or just sit in the backyard enjoying the Florida temps while we listened to the variety of birds. Restaurants are close by and lots to do if you desire.”

“Had everything we needed, including an ironing board and iron. I appreciated that there were laundry supplies provided. We needed to add a guest after check in and they were flexible with our request.
With that extra guest, we ended up having three cars. Parking can get tight but we were able to fit all 3 (ideal to only move 2 if possible though, one sometimes gets blocked a little). They gave us good instruction for this to be smooth.

A new filter was needed for the refrigerator a new arrived the next day. We stayed for the month of February and the weather was great this year. Nice area to walk around Hunter Lake. Spring training for the Detroit Tigers is a good day to spend with friends. The place is very clean with easy parking and easy travel around Lakeland. Everything you need to live like your home away from home.”
“The Carriage House accommodations were perfect for our stay for the month of January 2025. The location was convenient to downtown and lovely walks around Lake Hunter. The area was peaceful and quiet lending itself to great relaxation. The unit was very clean, bed was great, and the living space fulfilled our needs. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and utensils. We loved staying here and will definitely consider returning again. Michele is great host and could not have been more helpful. “The bed is super comfy with fantastic sheets, the bathroom towels are soft as can be, and furniture is off the floor far enough for old, worn out knees to navigate easily, including the beds, the living room sofas, and the high top kitchen table and chairs. We enjoyed watching the squirrel in the back yard through the kitchen window, sitting on the fence, running across the power wires, and scratching on the back wall behind the kitchen sink. And speaking of the sink, we appreciated the deep farm sink in the kitchen along with everything else in the kitchen which provided everything we needed, including the Morning Joe coffee that was awesome and really got us going. Also, this place is super clean. My wife is a clean freak, and she loved how clean this place was, so that is the highest praise I can offer on that point. Finally, from a security standpoint, this location was quiet and stayed quiet during the hours when it is supposed to be quiet, including neighbors early and late.”

This is an upstairs apartment. It has a short run of stairs, then a landing and another short run of stairs. It was dark at night coming down. We used our phone flashlights. But there’s a motion detecting light at the bottom for when you go up.
The place is VERY clean and well thought out. We loved having 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for cooking and making coffee. I worked during this trip. The office space has a comfortable desk. It raises which is neat. The chair is also adjustable so it’s easy to be comfortable. It’s an actual working space.”

I had a couple poor experiences prior to my arrival to Michele’s property so I was VERY nervous and felt like I couldn’t pick a good air bnb. My faith was restored as soon as I stepped inside. The place is beautiful, and SO clean thankfully. Comfortable bedding, nice shower, and the amount of towels she provides is very helpful considering I stayed for about 5 days.

The living room was incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a huge plus, providing us with plenty of space and privacy. The property is conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood, offering a peaceful retreat.
We also appreciated the additional amenities like the washing machine and the three televisions, which provided entertainment for everyone. The fantastic air conditioning kept us cool during the hot week in Florida, making our stay even more enjoyable.

“We found this beautiful and well-appointed VRBO for the USA Youth Soccer Regional tournament. It is centrally located 10 min from one field and 18 from another which was perfect. The safe neighborhood is older and well-established and a minute drive from a beautiful lake.
The space is exactly as described and pictured. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of extra towels and bedding, HOT water with excellent pressure and a comfy couch. Nice mattresses with a memory foam insert you can remove if you don't prefer it. Very cold AC to beat the Florida heat. Washer and dryer are outside in a clean, well- lit laundry area and both work very well.
Michele was an incredible host from start to finish. She had a few extra toiletries/snacks out which is a beautiful touch. I had a lot of questions/needs and she answered them all almost immediately.
