“We rented the entire complex for my son's wedding so that extended family could enjoy the weekend together. Each unit was clean, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed to dive right into the festivities . The lush center courtyard provided a great spot for everyone to relax between the many events. Everyone had a comfortable bed and private bath and plenty of space to get ready. My son was so very happy to have us all in one place and came over to dress for the occasions. We took the most beautiful family wedding photos under an old banyan tree at the park across the street. One of the nieces said "we should meet here every year!"”

The location was great if you are willing to walk a short distance and the outdoor patio space was great for the little kids to play and get some energy out. We had brief issue with the WiFi, but it was addressed quickly and they had someone out to help us by the next morning. Would recommend.”

“My sisters and I had a wonderful time in St Petersburg. The house was a wonderful place for us to have as a home away from home. We live in different states and we really wanted a "home" that we could hang in. There are four of us and we each had our own room and bathroom which was great. We enjoyed leisurely morning coffee and chats on the front porch. We put together a puzzle on the large dining room table. And we laughed a lot. It was the perfect comfortable place for our gathering.
We did leave the house to... to eat at great restaurants and enjoyed the DALI museum. We also had fun at a stained glass class (1st time for all of us), which was located on the other side of Circle Lake, a very short walk from the house. We eat breakfast at the little place next to the Stain Glass shop too.
It was a relaxing and memorable vacation for us all.”

The location is amazing: nestled in a beautiful historic neighborhood with a park right next door, it feels like you’re in nature while still being minutes from the Vinoy waterfront, Central Ave, and local museums like the Dali. We especially loved the cute coffee shop just at the end of the block.
It was also wonderful to learn that this property gives back to non-profits with every rental, such a thoughtful touch that made our stay feel even more meaningful. Spacious, comfortable, and full of character, this house was absolutely perfect for our group.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this charming historic home in St. Pete! The location was fantastic—tucked in a quiet, lovely neighborhood that’s just a short walk to downtown and a quick drive to the beach. The park nearby was a great bonus.
The home itself had a lot of character and comfort. We appreciated the big, comfy beds and the relatively updated bathrooms, especially considering the age of the house. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.
A few suggestions that could make the stay even better: a welcome book with local recommendations for dining and activities would have been super helpful. We also would’ve loved a few extra blankets for snuggling up on the couch, and some better quality shampoo would have been appreciated.
One thing did catch us a bit off guard at arrival (some dead bugs)—understandable in Florida, but a heads-up about any recent treatments would have helped.”

“A great stay for eight of us adults and kids visiting St Pete for the weekend for an event at Tropicana field. The home was well located in a quieter uptown area with some local cafe’s nearby and downtown an easy 10-minute walk away. It’s two apartments but feels like one house with a shared backyard and a very comfortable front porch area where we spent a lot more time than anticipated because of the great weather and location. It’s about a 30 minute walk to Tropicana field and right through central areas.”
“We had a very nice stay. The home is older but updated with some nicer bathrooms. There are still some older bathrooms that could use updating. If you’re looking for a comfortable but not fancy place, this home with two separate apartments will fit the bill perfectly. It was cozy! We made the owner aware of some concerns we had with a toilet not working properly and the issue was addressed quickly. The house definitely has character but as with all older construction, there always seems to be something to repair or update. The beds were all comfortable and it’s a very good location.”
