“We loved our stay in this wonderful property. We were in town for dance Nationals at Mahaffey Auditorium and this home was perfectly located. We were easily able to get back and forth and relax and truly feel like we were at home during our dancers down time. The 3 units were comfortably connected if all of the families wanted to mingle, but also had privacy when we needed down time. The property owners were incredibly responsive and so kind. If we are there again for Nationals next year we will absolutely be renting again! The homey vibe, the privacy, and the community were wonderful.”

Only thing to note is that our reservation was listed as booking the “ENTIRE villa”, however once we arrived we noticed that our reservation was for only 3/4 villas. We were not notified that other guests were staying in the remaining villa which would have been nice to have a heads up since all the villas share a common space.”

“Pros: Conveniently located in DT St. Pete. Walkable to many local restaurants and coffee shops as well as everything down town has to offer. A large space with multiple units for large gatherings.
Cons: The booking process can be confusing with the multiple units or bundle of units that each have different pricing amounts. Depending on the size of your group, there can be a lot of back and forth. Also, there isn't much flexibility to adjust this once booked should circumstances/plans change and adjustments are needed, even 60+ days out.”
“Very good price for tons of space. Walking distance from everything in downtown st Pete. We had a bachelor party weekend there with a large group. There is so much space there. Also the owners were very polite. I wish that I was still there. Thanks again.”

“The property really encapsulates the style and architecture of historic St Pete. The property was perfect for my family of 11 and an infant. We were in town for a destination wedding, and the living space was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable, showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water! The house is across the street from a duck pond with some really interesting birds, and there is also a coffee shop and restaurant within 2 blocks. It’s about a 1/2 mile walk to the St Pete pier, and the whole area is very walkable and I felt safe out and about throughout our stay. Plenty of parking on the street. I definitely will rebook next time we’re visiting the area, and I recommend the property as a great spot for family and friends to enjoy all that St Pete has to offer.”

“This is the perfect place to stay with a large group! I love the multiple apartments. This way, everyone can have their own space. Our host Brittany was very nice and responsive. We had some trouble with our bathroom toilets and showers, but whenever I had any issues Brittany was there to help! We will definitely be back! Also the location is perfect, very close to restaurants and bars.”
“This is a great rental for multiple families to share. It gave us privacy and also space to spread out. The place looks exactly like the photos and is well appointed and comfortable. In fact, the description could be better written as it is unclear that it has certain items (like A/C, WiFi, washers/dryers, which it has). We were told that all beds were queens. In fact one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs have king size beds. One bedroom upstairs and one downstairs have queen size beds, and the other bedroom upstairs, and both in the downstairs apartment have full size beds. In general, the bathrooms were great, although one of the masters had a claw foot tub, which isn’t terribly practical. But we borrowed the shower in the other downstairs master, which had great water pressure.
We did have a few issues with toilets, but were able to fix them and the hosts were responsive and willing to accommodate us however we needed. Despite small issues, we will likely stay here again!”
