Parkside Farm is located 15 minutes from Grand Rapids, 18 minutes from Gerald R. Ford Airport, 4 minutes from Tanger Outlets, and 22 minutes from Gun Lake Casino. Whether visiting for work or play, we invite you to stay. Our western-themed farm house accommodates up to 10 guests, perfect for business, family getaways, or wedding weekends. Offering an agritourism experience—enjoy shopping our seasonal Farm Market, book a farm tour, flower bouquet class, or farm experience with our pygmy goats. This updated turn-of-the-century farm house features original hardwood floors and trim throughout, blending historic charm with modern comfort. Sleeping arrangements on the main floor include—a large couch and a twin bed in the living room and bedroom with queen bed. The upstairs bedrooms are accessed by a wooden staircase with a landing. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, the second bedroom includes a twin/twin trundle along with a full bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The farm house can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests and includes two full bathrooms—one on the main floor and one upstairs. An additional guest fee of $25 per guest, per night applies after 7 guests. Please note: the guest who makes the reservation is REQUIRED to stay at the rental for the duration of the stay (no third party bookings permitted). If you are booking the farm house on behalf of company staff or employees, you need to book the reservation as an Airbnb for Work/Business Account: https://www.airbnb.com/business Parkside Farm is a working agritourism farm, by renting the whole home you acknowledge and grant permission to hosts, volunteers and farm hands the ability to have access to: - Garage outside of rental and barn behind rental - Crops, flower plots and commodities on property - Maple tree grove and sap collection processing - Yard for mowing and landscaping - In winter, sidewalks and driveway for snow removal In addition, please be aware as a working agritourism farm, we are family-friendly and offer farm tours, classes and educational opportunities that may require use and access to the acreage surrounding the rental, crops, flower plots, commodities, maple tree grove and barn behind rental. Strict no smoking of any kind or vaping is allowed on the premises, inside the home or outdoors. This includes e-cigarettes, cigars and cannabis. “Nicole’s farmhouse was exactly what we needed to get away from Chicago for a few days with our college kids. The home is extremely clean, actually the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was thought of, from shampoo and conditioner to complimentary candy (which my kids were so happy to see!). Having the ability to also have an immersive farm experience during our stay added to the absolute charm of this rental. The house was the perfect size to give everyone their space at the end of long days together but also felt cozy with the large couch and nice size dining table. Nicole is such a great host and even left the kitchen light on for us when we were delayed by storms and told her we were getting there later than expected. It was a 10/10 experience overall and we’re already planning our next visit!”

“We came for a short 3 day stay to visit family in the area. Traveling with a 3 year old and 3 adults. Nicole's place was perfect. Lots of room with a seperate outdoor play house for my 3 year old grand daughter. We loved the location. Only minutes from the Tanger Outlet mall where we had a great lunch. Nicole's place is loaded with western photos and artifacts. The property is expansive with huge trees and gardens. Treat yourself to a western art gallery close to everything in the Grand Rapids area.

“beautiful place! gives a good welcoming. bathrooms were stocked very well with towels body was shampoo conditioner. pretty much everything you need! beds were comfy with plenty of blankets and pillows! love that every room had a instructions. also the welcoming basket was a good extra. kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need.
the roadside stand was super adorable with flowers goat soap and lotions and cute little books, just bummed we didn't make it back over there to purchase one.Nicole was out working in the yard and came and greeted us gave us alittle tour of the property. She was very friendly and nice to chat with. got to see the cutest little goats.

“We had a lovely stay. Nicole was very proactive with giving us links to documents with things to know and do in the area. The outdoor seating area was the most comfortable for our group of 6, even with the heat. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies which is so nice. Having two showers was very helpful. Older house that was charming and beautifully renovated. Things to know are mostly sound related - house is on a noisy road, creaky floors, and fireworks going off each night (10p and 2:30a - may have been due to us staying in mid-July). Also charges for laundry $6/load. FYI. Overall, it was a good stay.”

Nicole was also very responsive and gave us clear instructions about the house & checking in/out. It was very peaceful and the outdoor patio area was so relaxing. “Our family had a wonderful time staying at the farmhouse. It’s very conveniently located to the highway and there’s plenty of restaurants within a short driving distance. We were visiting for a wedding, and we enjoyed having plenty of space for everyone to get ready. We enjoyed the wildlife and my toddler was thrilled by the nearby field of fireflies in the evening. We cooked two big meals while we were there. Walmart has grocery delivery at this location which was a great option for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, and is quite large for a farmhouse kitchen! We would stay here again!”

“This was a great place to stay! A group of girls and I booked it for a friend’s bachelorette party weekend and we loved staying at Nicole and Ken’s rental. The house was nice and clean, very spacious and had a lot of places to sleep. Because we had a large group, they had a blowout mattress in the living room and in the office area already set up for us when we arrived; they were very comfortable! There were a lot of extra amenities such as extra blankets, fans, extension cords, etc. which was super helpful! Getting in and out of the rental was very easy with a coded lock as well. The only hiccup we had was when we arrived the owner Ken was paving part of the driveway with gravel (he mentioned to us that he meant to do it earlier in the day but wasn’t able to.) We weren’t expecting to see anyone but he was very friendly and apologetic about the situation! The driveway is really long so we were still able to park our 4 cars without issue. We loved the place and would recommend!!!”
