“Baeta's place was in a quite area and surrounded by nature. It is perfectly located to a main highway that brings visitors to lots of different options for things to do. The house was noticeably well stocked and had very thoughtful and kind extras for guests.”

“The cabin and amenities were overall decent enough, but the heater was loud and would turn on randomly for a few seconds and shut right off again. There was also a loud dripping noise coming from the vent after the heater in the main bedroom ran. Because of the heater situation, nobody slept well. Overall, too expensive for what you get.
Pros:
-The location is outstanding. Very quiet neighborhood and close to both Bartlett and N. Conway.
-Cabin has a nice vibe to it. Fun decorations.
Cons:
-Towels that had been put away in bathroom cabinet were damp (presumably b/c not dried thoroughly but still folded and put away. We ended up washing and drying these ourselves)
-Dryer had clump of damp sheets and towels in it when we arrived.
-Mattresses are pretty old and uncomfortable.
-The couch in the living room is old and uncomfortable (sink way in) with areas where tears have been patched.”
“My mom, sister, and I had a really nice couple nights' stay at Beata's place. We visited during cold winter days but her home is very warm and cozy inside. We loved sitting on the big couch and appreciating all the brightly colored walls and unique artwork. The home is very quiet and private but just a short drive to many restaurants and the North Conway downtown area. Beata was really responsive and we appreciated how well stocked the house was, as well as Beata's kindness and quick responsiveness. Though it was far too cold to use the screened in porch, we could see how in the summer months this could quickly become the favorite spot in the house. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Beats’s place was great. We went skiing at Attitash for the weekend and hiking in the area. Her place was very close to the slopes and it was tucked away in the woods in a quiet area. “Peaceful cabin in the woods! Good location that's pretty private with only a few other neighboring cabins and a 5-10 minute drive into the heart of North Conway with loads of amazing hikes and beautiful scenery within a short drive. You definitely need a car though since the nearest amenities are not within walking distance, but there is a private driveway and parking space right next to the cabin.
The place was beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable and I felt immediately right at home! It was a little musty smelling inside but that's just how most New-England cabins are in my experience and it wasn't a problem at all, and the place was extremely clean and well organized.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the White Mountains!”

“Beata was really responsive and had clear instructions. Very flexible on check in day. Allowed us to check in early, so we could enjoy a complete day in the area on arrival day instead of arriving after 4pm. Very quiet and discreet area. Looks small from the outside but was pretty big inside. Fit comfortably 5 adults, 2 kids and 3 dogs. Allowed us to bring our furry friends with us. It’s hard to find a rental that allows pets, let alone 3 dogs. I’d book this in the future, for this specific reason alone, but the added points of it being a beautiful property with easy and quick access to all surrounding attractions.”

“A lovely getaway only 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of downtown North Conway! So convenient but not right in the middle of things. Quick 2 minutes drive to local breweries, restaurants etc too. Super clean home with absolutely everything you need. Bedrooms were a little chilly at night but that was because we had the wood stove going in the main room, great blankets to combat that! Very comfy for our dog too. Would absolutely stay again.”

“This place is great! Peaceful and secluded on a private road, yet close enough to downtown North Conway to make it a convenient base camp for enjoying all of the local offerings. The wood stove works great, and the large stockpile of wood kept us cozy. And, despite a large snowstorm, Beata’s plow service kept the driveway clear for us. The shower water pressure was the best I've experienced having stayed at 5-6 different rentals in the area. The chateau was in a quiet area and had great privacy. I'm always appreciative of dog-friendly hosts and and this is a great place to bring your dog(s).”

“Beata’s place is in a great location very close to the downtown area, and within 30 minutes of a number of hikes in the White Mountains. The house was generally as described, with the amenities described. We were surprised to find that the trash in the kitchen had not been taken out and we had to carry out to a trash bin downtown ourselves (including the maggots inside of it). Beata was polite about the issue, and it was likely an oversight by the cleaners but it’s worth mentioning.”
