“We had a great stay at Alissa’s place while my husband was in town for a golf tournament. The condo was impeccably clean, and you could tell a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and having toys for the kids and beach gear available was such a thoughtful touch.
The pool is just a short walk away, with additional pools throughout the property, and the location made it easy to get not only to True Blue but several other golf courses within just a few minutes.
One of our favorite perks was the Huntington Beach State Park pass. My sons and I spent a few half days at the beach there, and it was only a short drive away. Alissa was also wonderful with communication from booking through checkout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

The beaches were super close and we took advantage of the great beach chairs and umbrella. The host responded to all my inquiries quickly and gave great local recommendations. The only thing I would mention is to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels as we only had enough to get us through one day. However, that wasn’t a big deal at all. We would absolutely stay at this condo again!”

My only issue was that it lacked what I thought of as essential supplies - Only two rolls of tp per bathroom, no shampoo/conditioner, 1 kitchen towel, few trash cans and no extra bags. I understand the listing said "starter kit" but I guess I expected more basic supplies as we flew in and did not pack those liquids items, so just be more prepared then I was. Otherwise the place is everything others have shared. The screened in porch, pool area, everything about the community is serene and lovely.”

We loved the beach theme throughout the entire home. It was close to everything but also very private, and we loved the screened in porch off of the master bedroom. The closets were very spacious and everything extra that we could have needed was available. The area is beautiful and when the weather is warm the pool and hot spa are very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book it again!”

“I can't say enough great things about our stay! The hosts communication was spot on before our stay (we didn't need any assistance during our stay) and it made for a great trip right off the bat. Alissa's place was absolutely perfect for our long weekend getaway with our family of six. Everything was SUPER clean, which we greatly appreciated and everything functioned well. We immediately felt comfortable and at home when we arrived. There were also PLENTY of towels, which was great! It was our first time visiting the area and we absolutely fell in love with Pawley's Island. We spent a day on the beach and a day at the pool and enjoyed both greatly. There is a grocery store nearby for convenience, and we also loved Parlor Doughnuts, the Rustic Table and the Hammock Shops. If we get a chance to come back we will absolutely stay at Alissa's again! “My sister's and I always travel somewhere new each year meeting up from different parts of the country. We are between 48-56 years old and Pawley's Island was wonderful. The fact that the owner of the condo allowed us to use the State Park Pass was great because Huntington State Beach Park was the perfect spot for us. Also, she provided beach chairs for us along with boogie boards. The kitchen was well stocked with a few spices, salt and pepper which was appreciated. The rooms were exactly what we needed as far as bedding. The pool was a super easy walk from the condo. The grounds were beautiful and the weather was perfect! We had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!”

When vacationing with family, one thing I look for is seating for everyone—and good beds! The living area had the perfect amount of comfortable seating, and the cute little screened in deck right outside the living area was perfect for some quiet time. The beds were very comfortable—no complaints from the hubby with his bad back—which is a major win!
We always like to make breakfast when we are on vacation, and the kitchen was equipped for us to do that!
The location was perfect for us! We were about a 4 minute drive to the beach at Pawleys Island. We found a new treasure in Gilbert’s Ice-Cream that we hadn’t found in years past—yummy!
