“We are Bristol locals and our HVAC system went out completely during a heatwave. Ken & Rachel went out of their way to be helpful and flexible, letting us stay at the very last minute. We booked and were on site in less than 2 hours. The house is clean, comfortable, and so so cute. There are plenty of beautiful older homes throughout Bristol with untapped potential, but this is not one of them. They have done an amazing job with renovation and decor. I, my husband, our toddler, and two dogs stayed here happily and comfortably. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay!”

“We stayed at Ken and Rachel’s place on the weekend of July 4th. The location is within a mile of wonderful restaurants, a grocery store, and the downtown area. The home is beautiful, exactly like the photos. The home is pristine clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfy, and it’s spacious. The backyard is amazing. It has 3 levels, a grill, fire pit, and hot tub. My favorite experience was watching fireworks from the hot tub! Everything was excellent, and we would definitely stay at Ken and Rachel’s place again! Thank you both for being so polite and accommodating!!”

“We had such a lovely stay in this adorable home. My two siblings and I brought our mother here for her 80th birthday. She absolutely loved it. It is so close to everything. The kitchen is so well stocked the bedrooms were very comfortable. The master bedroom mattress is awesome! The fenced and backyard is really nice with an outdoor fire pit and hot tub even with one of our days being quite rainy, we spent time playing games. There was such a variety stored in the living room for guest use. The hosts were amazing, so welcoming and responsive. Just a really wonderful time!”

“this was a wonderful place to stay in a part of Bristol that you can tell is historic and in a phase of redevelopment and renovation. Not far from downtown and for us downtown parking was easy and convenient. We were 6 minutes from the casino and about 7 minminutes from the speedway. The speedway lights are a definite must do I. the winter months this was very fun. The house itself is gorgeous especially the interior and backyard. It was a very comfy and convenient stay.”
