Welcome to Beach Breeze SPI! Just steps from the sand, this spacious 4-bedroom South Padre Island retreat brings everyone together with a private pool, hot tub, and a large game room featuring ping pong, arcade games, and more. Start your morning with coffee on the wraparound porch, grab the provided beach gear for a day by the Gulf, then return for poolside relaxation or a friendly game room competition. A fully equipped kitchen, BBQ patio, and high-speed Wi-Fi make settling in easy. Dining and nightlife are within walking distance. BEDROOMS & OCCUPANCY Three bedrooms feature king beds, and the fourth has two twin-over-full bunk beds. Sleeps 14 | Maximum occupancy: 16, including children and infants. OUTDOOR SPACES Enjoy your private pool and hot tub, or unwind on the wraparound porch with plenty of seating for conversation, reading, and enjoying the coastal breeze. Optional pool heating is available October–April for $45 per day. Heating must be booked for the entire stay. Message us to arrange it before arrival. PARKING The driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles total, including golf carts, trailers, and RVs. All vehicles must fit within the driveway without blocking the sidewalk. SMART LOCK & SECURITY Enjoy keyless entry with a unique access code active for the duration of your stay. An exterior front-door security camera monitors the front entrance and driveway for security. DOG FRIENDLY Up to 2 dogs, each weighing no more than 25 pounds, are welcome with advance approval. Pet fees and restrictions apply. BABY GEAR Available by advance request for an additional fee. Message us for details. SPRING BREAK & HOLY WEEK Our standard booking requirements apply. Our standard booking requirements apply. “STAY HERE! Such a fun and comfortable house! Easy walking distance to the beach and several restaurants and bars. The hostess thought of everything. Plenty of kitchen tools, serving ware, cookware, etc. (Do bring ziplocks or Tupperware for the beach!) so many pool and beach floats, chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. Truly exceptional place. ❤️”
“We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in South Padre Island! The home was spacious, filled with natural light, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. We loved the pool and grill, and the game room was a great bonus for spending quality time together. We also appreciated all the beach and pool amenities, and the extra refrigerator in the garage came in very handy!
This was truly a wonderful place to spend time with family and create lasting memories. An extra-special highlight was getting to see a SpaceX launch! It was on our bucket list, so being able to combine it with our South Padre Island vacation felt like we knocked out two birds with one stone. It was such an amazing and unforgettable experience!

“Beautiful place and perfect for an annual best friend family vacation. 3 families with 8 kids total, the pool was perfect, the beach was close and they had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. They even had high locks on the back yard door which we really appreciated. We would definitely come back!”

“Beautiful house and Cindy was very responsive. The wraparound porch was nice for morning coffee and the pool was lots of fun. The game room was a nice additional amenity. Great location, walking distance to lots of things. Only issue was not Cindy's fault at all, as the City was in the middle of reconstructing the roadway and with the recent rain, lots of mud driving in to the house. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The house was perfect for our group and we would definitely stay there again.”

“Cindy was an extremely responsive host. The property was very nice and within easy walkable distance to the beach. There are two golf cart rental locations within easy walking distance also. We had an issue with the pool / hot tub pump and Cindy responded with minutes and it was fixed and running within a few hours. Highly recommend this property if you want easy access to the beach, perfect size pool, and a responsive and helpful host. We will be booking this property every year now!”
“Beautiful place to stay for a big family vacation! Celebrate my parent’s 40th wedding anniversary and it was beautiful to see all the memories on our first family vacation. Having the beach so close by made the walk enjoyable. Not having to worry about moving our car or finding a parking spot for the beach access was a relief. Thank you Cindy for being so attentive to all our needs and answering all of our questions. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!”

“The place was in a great location, and the house was beautiful. Super clean on the inside, lots of parking and in a super safe neighborhood. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the backyard. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and there was tons of space. The game room was also a cool added feature. Overall loved the place and will definitely check if available on our next trip!”

“We had a great stay at this property. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, which made everything very convenient. From the moment you walk up the stairs, you’re welcomed into a spacious and inviting home. The house was spotless upon arrival everything from the rooms to the bathrooms was extremely clean and well-maintained.
All the spaces felt open and comfortable, and the beds were very cozy. The game room was a highlight for us we loved having a TV there where we could play music and hang out while enjoying the games with friends.
The pool area was also amazing, featuring a clean pool and a jacuzzi that made the experience even better. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. 10/10, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.”
