“This place was perfect for our weekend plans. We were in town to visit friends and it was perfect, we knew we wouldn’t need a kitchen because we knew we’d be eating out and the mini fridge and microwave came in handy storing our water bottles and soda.
Quiet couldn’t even hear the guests in the main house. Absolutely loved that the parking was right in front, made every outing easier.

It is attached to their home so you can hear (muffled)people talking when you are in the restroom, not at all an issue.

The entrance was VERY cute.
However the outside patio was dirty , spider webs were on the table umbrella and the porch furniture was not usable until cleaned .The unit had only a very small microwave in the closet directly across from the bathroom approximately 3 feet from the bathroom same as the coffee area and maker, this was on a wicker shelf with no preparation area it was not desirable for a good cup of coffee having to reach into the bathroom sink to use that water for the coffee maker the only form of making food was 3 feet from the bathroom and it was in a closet with cleaning supplies and tools.
Very undesirable for ME to want to have a cup of coffee or any food preparation.
However it was convenient for our needs as far as the location.
The hosts were GREAT they communicated with no problem
and THAT made it worth it. We are grateful and
we do frequent this area often.

“Home is located near water, decent neighborhood. Facts: Home has a pest problem, killed more than 12 roaches in 5 days (I sprayed the room). Cleanliness: bathroom: hair in the shower, sink, and on floor. Bedroom: duvet older w/stains, hair in the bed (tiny hair all over). Sofa has stains. There was evidence of previous guest stay (trash in and under sofa, plus they left a shoe). My car was damage on the property. When I contacted the host I received “Shane • Co-Host 8:14 AM: So sorry that your car was scratched. Camera does not record.” Car more than scratched. No additional conversation or concerns. Main residents do not respect quite hours. Was waken at 0530 every morning to conversation that brought out giggles or laughter. Plus someone pounding up and down the stairs. You do not control the temperature in the room. You’re either hot or super cold. There is a house under renovation right where you park. They make noise all day as well. If you have options pick other location.”
